Welcome to Letters to Lance
Letters to Lance was founded by Lynn Sehnert, to offer support to fellow pet parents as they navigate their way through pet loss grief. We want other pet parents to know the loss they feel after losing a pet is normal and there is no “one size fits all” path to healing. While others may not understand what you are going through, we here at Letters to Lance do and want to help you on your grief journey.
Lynn Sehnert is a pet photographer in the Washington, DC metro area in Ashburn, VA. She is the human over at Lance and Lili Photography, named for her two rescue dogs, Lance and Lili. Lynn specializes in end of life pet photography, as well as photographing senior dogs, and pet with their people. Lynn is a certified pet loss grief counselor and is certified as a companion animal end of life doula through the University of Vermont.
